What is LPA Creative Studio?

LPA Creative Studio is my personal visual storytelling workflow that implements the complete Layered Prompt Architecture. It's a custom-built editing environment for creating AI-driven narrative sequences with complete control over every layer of the generation process.

Project Management
Organize stories, characters, and scenes with full version control
Character System
Isolated character references with chain continuity
7-Layer LPA Editor
Visual editing for identity, spatial, environment, lighting, color, camera, quality
Batch Generation
Generate all scenes with resume capability and cost tracking

Built while creating The KOZU Universe, the studio evolved from personal workflow experiments into a comprehensive editing interface that handles everything from scene design to video generation.

  • Characters become reusable assets across projects
  • Layer 1 (Identity) automatically populated from character data
  • Chain references preserve character state across scenes

Character appearance & trigger words
Layer 2: Spatial
Positioning & composition
Layer 3: Environment
Setting & architecture

Intelligent Batch Generation

Resume-capable workflows with cost estimation

Generate entire storyboards with intelligent scene selection, real-time cost calculation, and the ability to resume interrupted workflows.

  • Select which scenes to generate (all, specific scenes, or ranges)
  • Preview total cost before starting generation
  • Resume capability saves progress if interrupted
  • Real-time progress tracking with ETA estimates
  • Error handling preserves successful generations
Cost Transparency
Every generation shows exact API costs and tracks total project spend.
