Hey there! I'm Edwin, and I've been building things on the web since 2005. What started as teenage curiosity about how websites work has turned into a career I genuinely love.

I work with modern tech stacks—Django, Python, AI/ML frameworks—and I've been lucky enough to work on everything from small startup MVPs to enterprise systems that handle millions of requests. My real passion? Building systems that are so well-designed, they become invisible. The best automation is the kind you forget exists because it just works.

Since diving into AI development in 2022, every project feels like I'm living in the future. I treat each one as a chance to push the boundaries of what's possible when you combine good engineering with really smart AI.

2005

The Beginning

Built my first website as a teenager. Terrible design, but I was hooked on the magic of making things appear on the internet.

2008

Going Professional

Started getting paid to build websites. WordPress, Drupal, Joomla—if it could power a website, I learned it.

2015-2016

Modern Web Awakening

Bootstrap changed everything. Suddenly I could build responsive, professional-looking sites without fighting CSS for hours.

2016-2018

Getting Serious About Code

Dove deep into software engineering principles. Learned that good code isn't just code that works—it's code that keeps working.

Backend Obsession

Fell in love with server architecture and databases. There's something beautiful about a well-optimized query that runs in milliseconds.

Full Stack Mastery

Became fluent in both frontend and backend. Could build an entire application from database to user interface without missing a beat.
